After downloading Phoenix found that later version of Mazilla was availble, down
loaded and every time I click on icon get error message that earlier install
attempt was still running and that I should restar. Restarted 4 time, shut
system down for 10 min and still get the error!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on desktop icon

Actual Results:
Error that earlier attempt was still running and that I need to restart.
Expected Results:
Started/Openned?
Hope I did this right!
