User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 I checked the preferences for scroll wheel and it defaulted to what I'd expect, which is mimicing system prefs and not requiring a control key. Yet my synaptics touchpad's scroll feature does not work. It works with every other product which is scroll whell compliant. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use Dell laptop with trackpad and Synaptics Touchpad 2. Load any page which requires scrolling 3. Try to scroll using drag along edge method on touchpad 4. Enjoy your lack of scrolling Actual Results: No scrolling. Expected Results: Scrolled. I am reporting this as cosmetic because it really is, and using the actual scrollbar works just fine. I will note, however, that this is irritating enough to get me to keep using IE as my main browser. If they get tabs before you fix this I may never switch over fully. :)
You could try a new driver version... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 20618 ***
