It sucks almost a 100% CPU out of my Win NT SP3.0 system

Gagan, is this a netlib bug? Who should get this?
I am not sure I understand this. What sucks up 100% of your CPU's time? Marking

A bug like this is a waste of time without more info. I will assign this bug to
myself and contact the filer for more info.
Hey oirg@haukeland.no, can you tell me more about this bug? Is it a memory leak,
or what? We need reproducible steps. Please tell us what build you are using
also, there were numerous memory in earlier builds.
