akkana sez its fixed. going to mark it so.
reopen if there still is a problem
this is due to the scrollbars not keeping focus when in the layout window. they
can't keep focus as the editor people need to get focus in the layout so that
they can type in there. i would think that netscape would take those signals
and emmit an OnScroll(), but maybe i'm missing something here.

does anyone know whats going on with this? I would think its an XP problem, and
not linux specific. i also think someone fixed this recently. as soon as my
build finishes building, i'll add another comment here/mark fixed )hopefully)

Pavlov, I've confirmed that on linux it does work. But the problem is
that I'm on a Sun box remotely logged into a Linux box with my display
set locally and the PdUp/PgDn keys do not scroll the document up or
down for me...
This is a special category of bugs(works on Linux, but not on other boxes).
Talk to Slamm/Akkana on how we want to handle these kind of bugs..
Let me know if we should close this bug out and file a new one
specifically for the case that I'm seeing...

It's probably a problem with the key events for page up/down on Solaris.
I don't know who's supposed to own nonlinux-unix platform-specific bugs.
cc'ing mcafee, maybe he knows -- do we have any Sun people to whom we can assign
Sun-specific bugs?

Clicking in the window first enables page up/down,
this is now a dup of 7027.
