Per discussion of the native installers, a revised dialog sequence for the windows installer should be shown as follows: 1. Welcome 2. License 3. Package selection 4. Options 1. Netscape Components 2. Additions 5. Summary

Target Milestone: M14

PDT would like to know what's broken with the current screen order

not a beta1 bug. There is nothing broken with the dialog. we needed another "select components" dialog for third party software that would be shipped with seamonkey.

One thing that the bug fails to capture is that we agreed the "Program Folder" selection dialog needs to move under "Custom" and should not be shown under the current flow. Marking [polish]. I agree this isn't stop ship, but I'd love to see it fixed. Could we mark this M14, or at least M15 or 16 to get it into the next release?

bijal, do you think we need to move the Program Folders dialog into the custom setup type? How do you think it looks right now?
I agree with Michael that the end user should not have to see the "Program Folder" dialog if s/he does a "typical" install. We should only show this when the end user does a "custom" install. Our goal is to minimize screens during a "typical" automatic install. Does this answer your question?
fixed.
