engine, enter desired URL, and navigate from the search engine... hmm

1.enter URL in bar
2.hit enter

Actual Results:
nothing. it just sits
Expected Results:
gone to desired URL
none

close Mozilla, locate your Mozilla user-Profile and delete the files :
history.dat and localstore.rdf and the XUL fastload file (windows: xul.mfl ,
Linux: xul.mfasl , Mac: ? )
This should fix it.
