Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit http://www.ebay.com/ 2. Click on the "home" link at the top, being careful to keep the mouse very still while clicking Actual Results: Mouse cursor is displayed as an arrow. Expected Results: Displayed mouse cursor as a hand. Moving the cursor even a tiny amount will fix the problem.
