If when a page loads the cursor is currently above a link and is not moved, it
remains a normal arrow instead of changing to a hand.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.ebay.com/
2. Click on the "home" link at the top, being careful to keep the mouse very
still while clicking
Actual Results:
Mouse cursor is displayed as an arrow.
Expected Results:
Displayed mouse cursor as a hand.
Moving the cursor even a tiny amount will fix the problem.
