Build: 1/5/99 Platforms: Win 95, Win NT, Win 98 Open URL in Viewer. Expected results: Second frame should be entirely red. Actual results: Red color only covers text.
Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

Looks ok in March 8 builds - same "T" artifact shows up as reported in other bug, but column is red, so this is fixed and verified.
