No need to fix this in viewer -- it's a test app, not a shipping app.

Yes I am aware of that, let me clarify. My thought here was to get the underlying code in for window positioning and reveal it in viewer to simply evidence said code works and then institute in our real UI. This "bug" could simply be assigned to a more defined category other than viewer and closed when the feature is in, a practice used by Eng and QA in the past. No big deal if folks choose not to use the bug as such.

Verified for now...will reopen if real app fails this test.
