Happened to me also. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031203 Firebird/0.7+ I would expect the url history for the session Windows crashed in to be lost, but not ALL the history.

This is IMO not a dupe of bug 221797. The attachment 136736 [details] [diff] [review] (bug 221797, comment 21) fixes a Win9x/ME only issue in the mork module. The patch has no effect on WinNT/2K/XP. The global history (history.dat) uses mork. The drop down history (localstore.rdf) uses RDF which is not affected by the patch.

Reporter, can you reproduce this on a newer build of Mozilla Firefox? I'm moving this to Location Bar/Autocomplete.

Is this clearing all the history, or is it only clearing the URL drop down bar? If this clears all the history, it should be duped to bug 102519.
