In yesterday Mac commercial seamonkey 2000-01-02-09-m13 build, I was able to launch Messenger through the Task menu. I was using the netscape5 file instead of the installer b/c of problem with the installer. I will try today Mac build when I get a chance.

This crashed for me using todays mac build..I was using an older profile because of PM bug on a new profile.

What happens if you create a new profile using the profile manager? (just a thought)

It crashes after you click finish for me on the new profile...a known bug in PM on mac.

Oh yeah...I forgot about that. How about migrating a profile? I was able to successfully migrate a 4.7 profile to 5.0.
