It is possible to add an exactly duplicate bookmark because Mozilla does not
check if the bookmark alread exists in the destination folder/group.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to any site and bookmark it.
2. Immediately bookmark the site again.
3. Note that Mozilla just happily adds as many duplicates as you make. This is
a normal mistake if a bookmark list is large.
Actual Results:
Mozilla adds the duplicate without any checks.
Expected Results:
Mozilla should either notify that the bookmark already exists or it should
ignore the operation, leaving the original bookmark and not adding another one.
The only exception to this should be when the duplicate bookmark is being added
to a different folder.
