Rendering macweek's webpage on mac causes a "look ma, an incomplete block"
message in the debug window and the middle column of the page is black and
unreadable.
Looks fine on Windows, so I'm guessing the rendering problem is Mac specific.
Rick, this needs to go to the Mac owner, if we have one yet

The page displays mostly right now except that we still get the "look ma" debug
message and the banner ad doesn't show at all. I asked Troy about it and he said:
>That's Kipp's debug message so I don't know for sure.
>I think he outputs that message when a block frame wasn't complete and
>needs to be split. That should really only happen when we're paginated
So now I have even more questions like: what is a block frame? when can it be
incomplete? do I have any control on that? if it needs to be split, how can I
split it? what does "paginated" mean? when can we not be paginated? do I have
any control on that too? Help!
Kipp, could you have a look at that page and see if you can find something?
Reassign to me afterwards. Thanks.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Summary: [PP] MacWeek doesn't render correctly → MacWeek doesn't render correctly
I removed the [PP] tag because it has nothing to do with platform code.

per leger, assigning QA contacts to all open bugs without QA contacts according
to list at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Browser
Severity: normal → critical
Summary: MacWeek doesn't render correctly → {vmargin} MacWeek doesn't render correctly
The vertical margins of successive P's in the "news" section aren't collapsing
properly now, though the rest of the page seems fine.
