[PP] Using 1/13 build on Win 98 (also happens in Win 95, Win NT). Open URL. Expected results: Page lays out correctly. Actual results: Initally, frame at top does not lay out properly. Upon minimizing and then maximizing page, page does not reload (hangs).

Same problem. The bottom frame cell has a LINK tag specifying a stylesheet *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 2390 ***

Bug 2390 is now Verified. And this bug no longer occurs with Jan 25 build on Win32. Making 2359 Verified.
