version:viewer.exe build:1/14/99 platform:win95 expected results: expect it to load and render correctly and not crash what happens: it crashes on an intermittent basis and when it does load the page does not render correctly steps: 1. open browser 2. type in http://www.intel.com in location field 3. watch what happens

Inserting Milestone info.
Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for Browser. Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do this in a bulk change. If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
Bulk move of all Networking-Core (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking component.
