In nsHTTreeItem.cpp, four icons are loaded from the network (see openTriggerURL, closedTriggerURL, openIconURL, closedIconURL). They should be stored as local resources instead.

Tree widget code is dead. This isn't a bug anyway (once the downloadable chrome cache comes online).
