When a <select> element is closed (i.e., not dropped-down), the background
colours defined for its <option> elements are not shown.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://paginas.fe.up.pt/~tga/issue_20040625/
2. Press Tab once, to focus the select element
3. Press de Up and Down arrow keys, to move through the options in the select
(while keeping the select closed, i.e. not dropped-down)
4. Press Alt + Down arrow, to drop down the select
Actual Results:
While the select is closed, the background color of the options is always white.
Expected Results:
The background color should be coloured, as when the select is dropped down.

Thank you both. My report is indeed a duplicate of bug #79107, so I closed it as
such. It is not a duplicate of resolved bug #224974, as the problem is with
single-line <select>s, not multi-line ones.
