Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; KelkooToolbar 1.0.0) Build Identifier: http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/ Mozilla was working great before I installed the beta 2149 of Windows XP SP2. Now every time I load windows the quickstart app fails and sends a bug report back. I cannot open Mozilla manually (or the mail app). Everytime I try to launch it, it crashes and sends off a Netscape bug report. I've also mail Micro$oft regarding this issue as its really their responsibility to fix the bug in their service pack. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Boot XP or try and launcb mozilla or mail 2. 3. Actual Results: Starts loading the orange Mozilla splash screen then it quits and sends a automatic bug report Expected Results: Load up i presume :D Using the modern theme, I cant get into mozilla to change it. This could be an issue because of its running on the beta version of the service pack 2 build :2149. It might work again under the final version or SP2, or it might be because SP2 enables the "NX" feature of my processor (as its a 64bit processor). I'm running on the following hardware: Athlon 64 3200+ 1GB DDR400 Gigabyte Ga-VNXP motherboard Geforce FX5200 ultra I've patched windows with all the available updates, reinstalled mozilla 1.7.1. Still doesnt load.
Do you have a talkback ID for the crash?
