This happens when you include an image inside a table--any object (or text) that follows trails the page will get "cut off" or "overlapped" by the lower border of the BrowserWindow pane. The other 3 tests are when you include something besides text as the "trailing" object at the end of the page (say, an image, or link, or <hr>).

Works fine with latest browser under NT and under Win98. I ran the first four tests on this page
I can't access the site anymore. Marking as verified and if anyone has any problems with that they can reopen it :)
