Details

Open two windows, I'll call them aa and bb. In aa, load a new url. Use a menu in bb to load a sample page. The result: the sample gets loaded in aa. I saw this on the Solaris viewer, but I currently don't have a windows viewer to see if this is a platform parity issue.

This problem is irrelevant. The viewer is a test app, and it's not worth fixing this type of bug. The real menus to test will be in the apprunner being built by the browser team.
