no thats not the same bug, Firefox runs absolutely fine here with XP SP2 and DEP activated. it just crashes with the true 64 Bit Version of windows.

Confirming based on talkback data, plenty of it. Looking at the talkbacks, this is a seperate and 64bit OS-dependent crash. Talkback list http://talkback-public.mozilla.org/talkback/fastfind.jsp?search=1&searchby=stacksig&match=contains&searchfor=ole32.dll+%2B+0x11d010&vendor=All&product=All&platform=All&buildid=&sdate=&stime=&edate=&etime= All the XP SP2 talkbacks point to msvcrt.dll, all the XP 64bit point to ole32.dll (Correct me if I did the changes wrong)

Summary: Firefox 0.9.3 wont start on XP x64 Edition (AMD64) Preview release 2 if DEP is enabled → Firefox 0.9.3 crash [@ 0x11d010 - ole32.dll] on XP x64 Edition (AMD64) Preview release 2 with DEP
Whether or not this is considered a duplicate of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233765, doing a custom install and ommiting the talkback option also works with Win XP Pro x64 and is a better workaround than disabling DEP.
anyone know if this problem still exists using latest builds and OS updates?
(i'm the reporter) i dont have XP 64 installed anymore, so i cant test it
