The simple table does not redraw correctly on load/back/forward(in any sized
window). However, it redraws correctly after the window is resized. No error
was encountered.

Sample #3 in the viewer works ok in the scenarios described on my 3/23 WinNT
debug build. Chris D, can you please determine if it is an optimized and/or
Win95 problem.
