HTML 4 buttons need to check to see if they are enabled or disabled, it is unclear whether these notifications are getting through from the DOM.

Eric, I'm reassigning this to you, since you are all over the buttons. Native buttons support this but it is a simple thing there. For gfx buttons, I suppose you need to define a pseudo style and deal with it.

Looks OK, but the button should ideally have no border (it currently has a border of 2-3px with a darker grey color). I'm going to open a new bug on that.
