Details

The title implemetation is missing for all tags. The only HTML elements that should NOT contain a title attribute are: BASE, BASEFONT, HEAD, HTML, META, PARAM, SCRIPT, TITLE, and STYLE. It's been suggested in bug 1358 that the TITLE attribute should be rendered as a tooltip and in the case of ALT attributes, the TITLE tag reins supreme, (this case would be in IMG, AREA, and INPUT elements.)

Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

The attribute itself is stored if it is specified. Troy is dealing with the case of displaying it (when appropriate) for IMG, AREA and INPUT. What other handling is required? Is this a valid bug?
per leger, assigning QA contacts to all open bugs without QA contacts according to list at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Browser

Troy, maybe this can be a placeholder for you for your tooltip work.
