Details
TEXTAREA attribute TABINDEX not implemented. Pressing the tab key should tab
through the 4 textarea boxes in the attached URL in the order with which they
are labeled. This works correctly in IE5b2.

TabIndex part works. Still have general tabbing problem in text field in that
the tab is entered into the field. But this bug is fixed anyway.
