Overview Description: I decided to break this out as a separate bug from bug 20862. That bug is about scrubbing mozilla bookmarks of Netscape references. I want this bug for cleaning up the commercial bookmarks to match current business requirements. To that end I need an official type list. cc'ing johng cuz maybe he has just such a list or knows who does. Once I see that list I can go through and note all the necessary changes and list them here.
