This wastes ressources on the Domain controller and network bandwith. (the default cache is set to 50 MB and if you multiply this with say 100 Users its a really large ammount of Space on the Harddisk and on the Backup) I suggest moving the cache to %userprofile%\Local Settings. this folder is not replicated to the server.
