[PP] Jan 22 VALUE of Hidden List shows up as a button

Details
Not sure how to explain this one. Basically the VALUE list of a Hidden Name is
not hidden... You see "url,title,abstract,size,date,score" show up as a long
button under the Find form. Mac and PC look OK.

This bug was fixed last week, then clobbered by another checkin. I checked in
the fix again today.

verified in jan. 27 build, using blueviper/forms/hidden.html link
Geocities actually doesn't load, separate bug being filed.
