Details

When you open a new window, it should tile. Currently, a new windows opens right on top of the previous one. Occurs on Win and Mac Jan 26 build. I am sure it happens on Linux too.

The viewer is a test app. There's no point in fixing UI issues here, since it's going to get replaced (real soon now) with apprunner.
