Go to www.netscape.com and it will crash way down in the frame code. I've sent kevin the stack trace already (i'd include it here but i don't have it anymore).
Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

Cannot repro in March 5 build on Mac or March 8 on win98. Page loads fine, can resize, history to and fro, etc. marking fixed and verified from overall code changes in product.
