The image gets decoded with every update (and keypress). Pam--can we cache the image or ???

Last comments to this bug were 11/6/97. This is coming up as RESOLVED FIXED. However, using the 10/6/98 Win 95 and 10/2/98 UNIX Solaris 2.5.1 builds, the problem still exists. Reopening bug.

Reassigning all bugs Assigned To kostello to buster

All these bugs were marked "New" when Jan transfered ownership of them to me. They were all resolved and need to be marked "Verified" again.

This was Verified on 03/19/99...resetting back to Verified...Bugzilla wacked out.
