Even when I open another tab to look at google for example, I still see the scrolling text. It should be contained to Geroge Carlin Tab. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.georgecarlin.com/home/home.html 2. Scroll. you get the corrupted page. 3. Open another tab and go to google, you will still see the scrolling text Actual Results: Page gets curropt (rendering the page as your scroll) Expected Results: scroll normally and contain the horizontal text to the tab you opened the URL in.
The ticker on the bottom of the page is created with Java, this is a known issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 162134 ***
