Scrolling text at the bottom on George Carlin website currupts the page when
scrolling. Even when I open another tab to look at google for example, I still
see the scrolling text. It should be contained to Geroge Carlin Tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.georgecarlin.com/home/home.html
2. Scroll. you get the corrupted page.
3. Open another tab and go to google, you will still see the scrolling text
Actual Results:
Page gets curropt (rendering the page as your scroll)
Expected Results:
scroll normally and contain the horizontal text to the tab you opened the URL in.

The ticker on the bottom of the page is created with Java, this is a known issue.
