Setting all current Open Critical and Major to M3

I don't see this crash on NT with the build of 2/12/99 11:00am. I do see an unrelated crash when you change selection (select some text, delete, then click somewhere to move selection, crash) in editor mode on a page, this is already being addressed by Joe and Akkana. There is another bug, already assigned to Kipp, that you cannot delete across line breaks. Could this be what you are seeing? Please let me know if this bug still occurs.

Since I can get the editor to work in Windows, this problem has been fixed. How ca I get the editor to function in Mac Build (March 15th).
