Cannot download a thunderbird extension even if I follow the instructions (right
button...) because what you saves is a PHP file. I caanot understand why nobody
say it.

for me, it saves an install.php.xpi file, which you can install just fine in
Thunderbird. Just a cosmetic issue. Lowering severity.
