Using 2/4/99 build on Mac. Most images at www.imaginegames.com are not loading. No clue what is happening. Is okay on windows and Linux. Steve, do you still want all Mac-specific bugs going to you?
My build from last night seems to be loading images but I am getting OT errors which are most likely related to the NSPR problems that Gordon is working on. And yes, if you aren't sure of a specific area/engineer to assign Mac bugs to just assign them to me.

Aargh!! Mac bugz logged as platform PC?
Why isn't this assigned to someone in Gecko?
The belief is that this bug is related to the NSPR OT issues and gordon is cc:'ed on it. Until gordon lands his fixes and we can determine if that belief is correct I'm just sitting on the bug to keep it warm.
Target Milestone: M7
setting target milestone M7 so this won't appear as a new bug

Other than a problem bringing up a @#$%^& JS created ad window this site seems to load fine. Don't know if this was gordon's NSPR OT fixes or pnunn's ImageLib work but I'm marking this bug as fixed.

this site is very pretty now, you are correct (using 5/17 builds). Marking verified.

Re-opening. Using the 5.17.99 builds, the screen shot below "E3 Top Story" (http:// pcmedia.ign.com/media/previews/image/evolvae3_line1.gif) isn't loading on Mac OS, but works fine on Win32 and Linux. Likewise, the banner ad (http://ads.ign.com/ignads/house/0599/ SWcontestbanner2.gif ) does not appear on any of the three platforms --- but loads correctly on Communicator 4.6 (Mac OS)
Is the failure when running Apprunner or Viewer?
<Checked both Viewer & Apprunner.>
Oops. I eat my words. This only occurs on Viewer on Mac OS. [can't reproduce in Apprunner on Mac OS, or on Viewer on Linux. No Viewer for Win32 anymore as far as I can see...]
Target Milestone: M7 → M8
Moving to M8 and adding Pierre to the cc: list as this appears to now be a Mac Viewer specific problem.
Target Milestone: M8 → M9

The www.imaginegames.com URL now shows a page that is just a link to www.ign.com so I've adjusted the test URL. I'm also marking fixed again as I don't see any missing images on the site (it does load kinda slow but I'm attributing that to the current Mac performance issues)
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
Verified using 8.9.99 8:00 AM Mac OS & Win32 build that this bug can no longer be reproduced.
This is a test please disregard. Many thanks to Bradbury Software, makers of the FeedDemon aggregator, for a $1000 donation to BloggerCon; joining Adam Curry, AP, Google and Bloglines as primary sponsors of the conference. Thanks to all!   Netcraft: "The official campaign web site for US President George W Bush appears to be rejecting web requests from outside the United States."  Paolo: "It's true. I can't get on the site."  BBC: "The blocking does not appear to be due to an attack by vandals or malicious hackers, but as a result of a policy decision by the Bush camp."  NY Times piece on blogging on Madison Avenue.  Barring an international calamity, tomorrow the Times will run a story about podcasting. I've been hearing about it from everyone in the community, they've all been interviewed. I keep wondering what's the deal, why I'm out of the loop on this. The reporter's name is Cyrus Farivar. If you read this, please send me an email, I'm interested in helping. Thanks.  BBC: "A US airline attendant is fighting for her job after she was suspended over postings on her blog."  Morning Coffee Notes, Day 2  In this crazy mixed up day and age, Kerry is a gun-totin liberal, and Bush is a tax-and-spend compassionate conservative. BTW, when Bush says he's a tax cutter, there's a little bit of sleight of hand going on there. A deficit is a form of tax. A rising deficit is a rising tax. At some point, unless he's planning on going bankrupt, we're going to have to pay back all the money we're pouring into Iraq. And unlike spending on education, health care, or infrastructure, there's no resulting growth to fund the payback. The money for Iraq is coming out of our pockets, one way or the other, sooner or later. I have a feeling it's not going to come in the form of higher taxes for his patrons. And when they say deficits will be paid for by our children and grandchildren, that's wishful thinking. Many economists believe the bill will come due while you and I are alive.
