text-indent should be the separation of the first inline-box from the beginning of the line-box. This means it should still work when flowing around floats. It doesn't. See the above URL and section 16.1 of CSS2 ( http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/text.html#indentation-prop )

Fixed. Easy come, easy go. Its been fixed and unfixed several times in the last few days (sigh). At the moment its fixed ...check out tommorows build.
