Details

The cursor in the Email and Describe Problem textboxes of Reporter appears to flicker briefly and erratically.

Neil: does this belong under reporter, or xul widgets? I don't think this has anything to do with reporter's code base. Any input?
Sorry, but I don't see this in my linux gtk1 suite build.
