Most of the time it goes away when I leftclick or toolbars--> customize --> restore default settings. I cant exactly tell what is causing it but here is I think the most likely reason: I've got a bookmarks folder (Quick Links) Next to the help tab in my toolbar. After I switched from show icons/icons/text (toolbars --> customize) the toolbars started to 'bounce' webpages are also 'slightly' moving, eg: on google the google logo and the searchbar move about 1 to 2 mm. Maybe some of my extension are also causing problem: Menu Editor has also to do with the menu's (but only whats in them not how/where they are formed). Adblock, Ieview, BandwithTester, Refspoof, BugMeNot DownTHEMall, ForcastFox and Extension Sort have no influence on this bug I think.
