First of all I sware I am not drunk! I have seen the icon used when dragging mail message moving during idle on the Mail window. I have seen it three or four times today. The mouvement is from the left to right to the left, as if a mail was dropped from the "Mail Folder" window to the "Subject...etc" window. It is quite a quick movement. I have seen it once on the browser window, but the mail window was just behind the browser one.

Drag and drop animation (a document icon moving across the screen) is displayed with long delay (several minutes), sometimes repeatedly, whether the mailnews window has focus or not. To reproduce: 1. Open mailnews 2. Drag message from thread pane to folder or message pane 3. Wait patiently Actual result: a few minutes after the drag-and-drop action (which has no effect since dnd doesn't yet work in mailnews on Linux), the document icon that you've dragged across the screen will appear and move from the target position back the source position, regardless of whether the mailnews window is on top or not. Expected result: the icon should return immediately to where you started to d-n-d ("rubber band" effect) to indicate that the move could not be executed. Linux build 2000.03.01.08
