Details
I have a Logitech Wheelmouse. If I try to scroll through a random document, I
cannot use the wheel for doing that but I have to use the scrollbar. It even
doesn't work if I click the wheel down, which usually is the solution in other
programs.

wolfgang@discountnet.de, please check bug 20618, "mousewheel support doesn't
work when Logitechs em_exec is running", ASSIGNED, M15, to see if anything
mentioned there applies to your situation.
