Viewer.exe from 2/5/99. NT4, MAC 8.5, Linux. website: www.ea.com qa assign to chrisd@netscape.com Problem: NT. Next to the first news flash is a link "The EA Store is Stocked With Great Games". The grahic to the right, store_bk.gif, flashes different information. When it shows "Available in North America" it is missing brown/orange text saying "North America". IE 4 on NT I can see it. 4.5.1: NT doesn't show "North America" background. Mac shows "North America". Other 5.0: NT doesn't show "North America" background. Mac shows "North America".

The NT bug is no longer happening. Can you take care of ths one on the Mac for me?

The bug report is a bit confusing but it was opened against NT only. There is nothing to do on Mac: it works. Rick said that it works on NT so I'll reassign to him and mark as WorksForMe.

FYI: On my NT4 system, I tried various settings, 1024 by 768, 800 by 600, 640 by 480 and in all cases it was difficult to see the "North American" ackground, I'm sorry the initial description was confusing. I just tried again but first I changed the Color Palette, in Display Properties, from 256 Colors to True Colors and now I can see the "North American" background better. It appears to have been a display issue.
