If you scroll example 11 (which is supposed to have a fixed element on top), the scrolling is all screwed up and the fixed element does not redraw correctly at the top. Windowshading the window, however, will corectly show the fixed element at the top even after scrolling.

I have a fix but I don't want to put it in for M5 by fear of regressions. The fix is related to what I'm doing on framesets and I prefer to wait until everything is correct.
