There appear to be problems resolving URLs to stylesheets (via LINK) after a 301 redirect. The above URL (http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~dbaron ) gives a 301 redirect to http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~dbaron/ (with trailing /). The local stylesheet index.scss is loaded if the second URL (with trailing /) is typed in originally, but not if the first is.
I forgot to mention -- all the other URL's in the page are fine. It's only the linked stylesheet (and perhaps other LINKed things) that has problems.

Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for Browser. Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do this in a bulk change. If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
Bulk move of all Networking-Core (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking component.
