Look at test8 in the viewer then bring up the print-preview window and notice how the widgets that should be in the second page are atually in the first page (though the frames are in the second page)

Added function ReparentFrameView() and changed block, inline, and table code to use it when pushing/pulling frames
I would like to keep this one open until print preview works in apprunner, if you would prefer I close this one out, then please test and verify on viewer.
as of 1999061514 build, print preview is not hooked up, will continue to leave this open
