Details

The text in the "Header" and "Footer" sections of sample 12 are not drawing initially. The "Footer" text can be coaxed into appearing if you reflow, and the "Header" text will appear if you then invalidate the window. See also bug #3101 which is a Mac scroll bar problem on this page.

Not a problem on NT, so I'm assuming it's Win96 specific. Hopefully the new compositor will allow the fixed elements to not need native windows and that might fix things as well
Demo 12 seems to work for me on Win 95, is this still a problem on Win 98 as mentioned or can it be marked as fixed?
