Details
We're getting all kind of weird linker errors and missing symbold because of
the newly exported C++ stuff that's exposed from RDF.DLL. This should be moved
out of the core RDF DLL and into a RDFUTILS.DLL or somthing. Warren, if you
want to take care of this, I'd be much obliged. If not, I'll get around to it
eventually.

Marked assigned. Warren and I discussed using COM aggregation to solve the
resource-aggregation problem. Need to look into this.
