Linux apprunner has menus, but they're all blank. Windows has items in the menus.

The unix menu items now show items. However, the menus still cannot be activated. This is a toolkit problem. I am reassigning to Chris Saari, but I am willing to help out with this one. Chris, do you know if anyone is working on the Unix menus?

Right, that one's really the current bug (that menu items are there but don't work) and this one should probably either be closed or DUPed.

Ok, in that case, I am going to mark this one as fixed since the menu items do appear now. Use #3397 to track when the menus will work.

VERIFIED FIXED for Linux Apprunner 99064. Menu item now actually appear and mostly work.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
