Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Invoke orca and firefox. 2. Press Ctrl+O or select menu File->Open file to pop up file picker frame. Actual Results: This new frame will not be reported by orca, user could hear "no focus, files" only. Expected Results: The new frame and its title should be reported. This bug can be found on vermillion_42/snv_41 with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS i86pc; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060527 Minefield/3.0a1 and orca 0.2.4.
