for some reason, when i got to this page in the test, when i clicked on the "next" link at the top or the bottom of the page, it wouldn't go to the next page. instead, it would instantaneously scroll the page to about the middle of the page. a black blinking i bar and a blue cursor triangle appeared at the place where it had scrolled to. [this was in viewer, not apprunner] before i noticed this problem, i had been selecting some text on the page, and it was probably still highlighted when i clicked next and encountered the problem.

By the way, once the viewer falls into this "ignore link click" mode, it stays in that mode, and even if you paste a URL into the location bar and go to other pages, the next link on those pages still doesn't work.

I have no idea how this bug lived so long. Anyway, seems to work now no problem.
