The rollover feedback on grippies in the apprunner works fine, but it seems to be a sideeffect of the toolbox being at the top of the window. The url above (in viewer) puts toolbars into the html area and you can easily see the rollover feedback works correctly for everything but the grippies. I'm sure it's just a coordinate transform that i'm not doing. I'm pretty sure this is all platforms, but i haven't been able to test since the test page hasn't yet been checked in (it will be today, i hope).

Fixed, code checked in. Verified on mac/win/linux. Not like it matters at this point, but changing platform to all.
